Facility Rental


Whether you are having a guild workshop, business meeting, reception or community event, The National Quilt Museum has the room for you! Space available for rental includes three, 32' x 26 1/2' classrooms; two of which can be combined to make one 64' x 26 1/2' room. The lobby is ideal for after hour receptions and the conference room perfect for small business meetings.

Two classrooms are equipped with a counter top, sink. All feature dry erase boards and a carpeted walls. Amenities include 3' x 6' tables and chairs arranged to your specifications will accommodate large and small groups. Sewing machines, irons and ironing boards, a lectern with microphone, digital projector, a TV/VCR, slide and overhead projectors are also available.

Rental Information & Fees

All reservations and arrangements must be made through the Facilities Coordinator, at least 2 weeks in advanced. The National Quilt Museum is a non-smoking, non-alcoholic facility.

  • Single Classroom (32' x 26')
  • Double Classroom (64' x 26')

Capacity for Single Classroom is approx. 45 people, Double Classroom is approx. 90 people, Conference Room max. is 10 people around the table. Note: Double Classroom will be charged as use of 2 rooms.

Lawn Use:
$500.00 for entire lawn, 9am-4pm
$200.00 for a section of lawn with or without tent

$150.00 per room

After Business Hours:
$200.00 for first hour
$50.00 for each additional hour

After Hours Lobby Use:
$300.00 for first hour
$75.00 for each additional hour

Non-Profit/Guild:

$100.00 for first hour
$50.00 for each additional hour

After Hours Lobby Use:
$150.00 for first hour

Individual/Family Party:

For all Sundays and/or after hour events that require additional staffing, there may be an additional charge depending on request.
