The extraordinary finalists from the Museum's annual contest that challenges quilters to put a new spin on a traditional block. Accompanied by inspirational quilts from the past. Sponsored by Clover, Fairfield and Janome.


Fraser Smith
On exhibit July 10 – October 6, 2009
Visitors to the Museum are amazed by "Floating", a wooden quilt wall sculpture by Florida artist Fraser Smith. This exhibit of his work will include quilts and jackets; you won't believe they are sculpted of wood!


European Art Quilt V
On exhibit June 19 - August 10, 2009
The acceptance of art quilts as an art form is the goal of this exhibit. Artists from all over Europe- Belgium, Norway, Hungary, Germany, France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Italy, and the United Kingdom- are creating exceptional works of art within the quilt medium, and gaining this acceptance.
